Emma Park (The Sidewalk Surfer) — part of the main Gulf Coast Guardian team. She also serves as your Handler and Adviser with the Gulf Coast Guardians Baton Rouge satellite office.
Mitch Silverstein — your Agent/PR guy. He’s just trying to get the deals done and make a living like most people.
Clive Noel Linford (a.k.a Motorhead) — A Supervillain who frequents many of the states in the Gulf Coast area. His superpower is the ability to take any type of wheeled contrivance and temporarily transform it into another type of wheeled vehicle. Being an expert motorcyclist, he prefers extremely advanced, ultra-fast motorcycles, usually with various special augmentations. In Episode 0, Graduation, he snatched a purse and sped away. You gave chase. Ultimately, he got away from you, but he had to work real hard to do it.
Yegor Turgenev — A Russian Superhero known as The Hammer. He is one of the three Bogatirs (Hero in Russian). The other two Bogatirs are The Sickle and The Star. In Episode 1, The Damascus Incident, the Strategic Air Command was less than helpful in getting you the specifications on the Titan III missile you were trying to prevent from exploding, so you called The Sidewalk Surfer and asked her for her assistance. At your suggestion, she called a contact of hers in the Russian Military and The Hammer called you with the information you needed to prevent a potential disaster.
